Custom Contract Templates: We can often create a custom package to help you get the contract template you need. For example, a non-disclosure agreement, purchase agreement, corporate resolutions, governing documents, or something else.
Contract Review: When someone asks you to review and sign a contract, we can help you review the document to look for red flags, abnormal language, or unreasonable allocations of risk. We usually offer a fixed fee for this service, with the price being set based on the type of agreement, its length, and how well it is drafted. That usually starts at $300.
Contract Editing, Redlining, and Negotiation: We can help you edit contracts other parties ask you to sign, which can include leaving comments in an email or the document itself, creating redline changes, negotiating with the other party or their lawyer, and more. We usually charge $250/hour for this service.
