Oh boy, here we go… I’ve reviewed and negotiated other templates and let me say…. they’re not good. They are full of legalese, lack comprehensive coverage, and are just not useful in practice. These templates use the same structure and language I rely on with my one-on-one law firm clients. To be clear, you are buying a DIY template, not one-on-one legal advice, but these templates are among the best in the industry in my opinion. They are clear, easy to use, comprehensive, and avoid unnecessary legalese. Moreover, I’ve included substantially more instructions and more comprehensive guides to support these templates than other contract templates, which means you’ll finally understand your NDAs. This is not just a fill-in-the blank template. It’s learning why the NDA says what it says and how to use it in the real world.
