About the Author

I started my legal career at a mid-size corporate firm but quickly felt the pull toward entrepreneurship. In 2013, I took the leap and founded my own law firm and several side businesses.

Since then, I’ve helped thousands of entrepreneurs, hired and managed teams, negotiated contracts, and even sold two businesses (a legal marketing company and a freelance contract automation tool).

Today, I provide legal guidance to a select group of entrepreneurs and offer high-quality legal courses and templates to business owners nationwide.
